Baked Brie With Almonds And Blackberry Wine Jelly

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons butter
2 Tablespoons sliced almonds
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
8 oz. wheel Brie cheese
2 Tablespoons Blackberry Wine Jelly or other wine Jelly
3 bagels cut into 1-inch cubes

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat.
Stir in almonds and cook until lightly toasted 3 to 5 minutes.
Stir in cinnamon and remove from heat.
Center the wheel of brie on a glass pie plate.
Spread jelly over Brie and top with almond mixture.
Bake until Brie is soft, 7-8 minutes.
Scoop the oozing cheese with the bagel cubes. Enjoy.
