2 Women Arrested In Broken Arrow Prostitution Bust

Two women are in jail after Broken Arrow police discovered a massage parlor was offering prostitution to some of its customers.

The owner of Kneaded Massage, 43-year-old Tieling Guan, was arrested on complaints of pandering, maintaining a house of prostitution, and owner or operator permitting the violation of prostitution. Her employee, 45-year-old Shuhui Zhang on complaints of engaging in prostitution.

Broken Arrow police began investigating the massage parlor back in November after receiving information about possible prostitution there.
