We are getting a look at the moments Tulsa police officers arrested a man who led them on a police chase.

Dashcam video released Thursday shows police chasing Phillip Binford on Interstate 44. He was driving under the influence - and driving recklessly, along Riverside drive back in October.

When officers tried to pull Binford over, he made his way onto I-44 - going more than a hundred miles an hour. Binford pleaded guilty to eluding police and driving under the influence.
