A Tulsa lawyer is pleading guilty to several counts of embezzlement after he allegedly took more than $200,000 from five different clients.

Robert Nichols plead guilty to 5 counts of embezzlement and 1 count of delivery of a forged instrument.

Nichols will be serving a deferred sentence of 3 years for each count, but they will concurrently with each other.
