77-year-old John Thomas was last seen Tuesday morning before he went on a drive and never returned home leading police to issue a Silver Alert.

Silver Alert Canceled After Police Find Missing Tulsa Man

A Tulsa man is safe after disappearing for nearly 2 days.

77-year-old John Thomas was last seen Tuesday morning before he went on a drive and never returned home leading police to issue a Silver Alert.

Silver Alert Issued For Missing Tulsa Man

Officials tell us they found him after his car broke down. Several Family members came to town to try and find him.

"We've took the routes of where he used to work, we went to the Casinos, we went thru the parking lot there you know he typically goes to Walmart to shop so we went to Walmart," said daughter Michelle Williams.

His family says Thomas has dementia and it was out of character for him to drive without someone with him.
