Paul George will not play Thursday night against Philadelphia, the Oklahoma City Thunder confirmed.

A team spokesperson said George won't play due to shoulder soreness.

The Thunder are coming off a 121-112 loss to Denver on Monday.

Philadelphia is coming off a 111-110 win over New Orleans.

The Thunder are 39-22 and the Sixers are 38-22. Tipoff is at 7 p.m. from Chesapeake Energy Arena.
