TULSA, Oklahoma - Kid Pizzas with Mike Bausch, Andolini’s Owner


Ingredients:
5-8 OZ DOUGH balls
Pizza sauce - enough for 5 pizzas
Ladle that can be used as a spoon
Mozzarella, shredded, enough for 5 pizzas
Small bowls of pre-cooked sausage or ground beef, plus pepperoni, pineapple, other toppings as required
Bowl with 3 cups of flour in it

Process:
Spread out dough, add sauce and cheese with kids (help as needed based on their age and ability)

Let kids top their own pizzas

Bake in a preheated oven at 500 for 10-15 minutes (can bake 2 pizzas at a time).
