There will be a public viewing Friday afternoon for a 12-year old killed in a weekend homicide in Okmulgee.

The viewing for Dalayvian Hearne will be from 1 to 6 at the Chapel of Peace. Police say Ronel Fultz got into an argument with another man at a home and ended up shooting that man and Hearne.

Hearne later died at the hospital. Fultz is now in custody for 1st degree murder and shooting with intent to kill.
