2 Men Arrested For Child Endangerment After Driving Drunk

Tulsa Police have arrested two men accused of driving drunk while a child was in the car with them.

Officers say the received the call around 9:30 Saturday night that Abiduad Orozco-Orozco and Kevin Vasquez were drinking beers while driving near 21st and Garnett. When police pulled the men over they say the found a 3-year-old child in the backseat.

Officers say the child’s father, Orozco, lied about his name because he had a warrant for DUI issued for his arrest. Officers say both men were severely intoxicated and are now facing child endangerment charges.

The child was not hurt and was released into the custody of its mother.
