Tulsa police have arrested a man accused of making lewd proposals to a girl he thought was 15 years old.

Police say an undercover officer talked to Justin De Luna on the Whisper app. De Luna thought the officer was a young girl and tried to arrange to meet up for sex at a motel promising to bring alcohol.

Officers arrested him at that motel.
