Serves 4-6/2 servings each.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag nacho chips (more chips make a more crunchy dish)
  • 1 bag Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 bag cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 pounds  hamburger
  • 2 cans chili
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cook hamburger until nice and brown; drain excess grease
  3. Put layer of nachos in baking dish
  4. Cover with meat and cheese
  5. Add another layer of nachos topped with more meat and cheese
  6. Top with final layer of nachos and cheese
  7. Bake for 30 minutes

Serves 4 to 6
