Recipe from Delores Bennett of Arizona


Ingredients:

1 Graham cracker pie crust

1/2 container Cool Whip

1 pkg. fat-free cream cheese

3 packets Equal

1/4 tsp. lemon juice

2 tbsp. sugar-free strawberry jam


Directions:

Mix all ingredients and put onto pie crust.

Microwave2 tbsp. sugar-free strawberry jam for 15 seconds. Spread jam onto pie.

Refrigerate.
