Gathering Place Holding Contest To Name New Character At The Park

Gathering Place is adding three new characters who will walk around the park.
They characters are “Blue” the Heron, “Tulsey” the Turtle, and a squirrel that Tulsa kids are being asked to name in a special contest.
Anyone 18 and younger can submit their name ideas at the Gathering Place website.
The contest runs through next Tuesday.
