New Cannabis Cafe Opens In Downtown Tulsa

A new dispensary is open in downtown Tulsa.

Gypsy Coffee has started a cannabis cafe, meaning people with a medical marijuana card can smoke and eat edibles on their patio.

One of their baristas opened a dispensary in the same building next door. Owners say the idea is to let medical marijuana patients feel accepted.
