A small plane crashed at the Ponca City airport on Sunday morning, the fire department says.
According to PFD Capt. Scott Layton, a Cessna 150 was on final approach for a landing when the pilot made an adjustment with the elevator.
Layton said the plane took a hard landing, collapsing the landing gear.
The pilot complained of hip pain, but the passenger was not hurt, Layton said.
The crash is now under investigation.
