A fourth person has died following a wrong-way crash on Highway 75 last weekend. Oklahoma Highway Patrol said Zachary Cole Fuller of Bartlesville died during the night Sunday at St. John Hospital.

Christian Loiler, the driver of the car that was going the wrong way, is in Tulsa County Jail charged with manslaughter and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Loiler is now the sole survivor of the crash.

The wreck took place just after 3 a.m. Saturday, July 25, 2015, south of Owasso. Loiler was behind the wheel of a Honda Civic, driving southbound in the northbound lanes when he hit a motorcycle. The man and woman on the motorcycle, Brandon Allen and Amanda Rose, were killed instantly, authorities say.

Fuller and Misty Morgan were in the back seat of the Civic. Troopers say neither was wearing a seat belt. Morgan was thrown from the car and pronounced dead at the scene.

Fuller, 22, survived his injuries for a little over a week.

An arrest report states Loiler told police he, Morgan and Fuller had been drinking at a bar and that he was "real drunk," but also claimed he was not behind the wheel when the crash took place. Investigators say evidence at the scene and the injuries to the occupants of Civic prove otherwise.

Troopers say he had marks on his shoulder consistent with wearing a seat belt in a crash, and the only seat belt with evidence of use was the driver’s, according to the report.
