A Tulsa business owner said she was beaten by one of her customers who was angry about a nail service.

“All three of them hit me on the ground. So scary,” Lavish Spa and Beauty owner Angela Tran said.

Tran said she was attacked outside of her business Thursday afternoon.

“I told her she can just leave, but she told me she wanted to pay,” Tran said.

Tran said the customer paid half for the full service. However, about 30 minutes later, the customer came back with two people demanding her money back.

“She cussed at me again and asked, ‘Why you charge her?’” Tran said.

Tran said she tried to diffuse the situation by offering to refund the money back.

Tran filed a police report and investigators are looking into what happened. She believes the most uncomfortable part of the situation was when she was accused of being a racist.

“They say, ‘You treat me like this because I’m black.’ I’m saying this, not because of your skin color. It’s because of your attitude,” Tran said.
