Oklahoma Lawmaker Leads Charge For Change For Sexual Assault Victims In Military

“I am Vanessa Guillen” has become a rallying cry for victims of sexual assault in the military.

It is also becoming a rallying cry for lawmakers in Washington, including Oklahoma’s U.S. House representative Markwayne Mullin, who want justice for those victims.
