OHP Says Trooper Dies Of COVID-19

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol announced Saturday that one of its troopers has died from COVID-19.

Capt. Jeff Sewell had been hospitalized due to the virus since Sept. 5.

Sewell died at Texoma Medical Center Saturday afternoon in Denison, TX.

OHP said his funeral services are pending at this time.
