Loved Ones Remember 12-Year-Old As Convicted Killer May Be Released

Family and friends of 12-year-old Billy Lord gathered for a candlelight vigil Friday night, seven years after he was hit and killed by a drunk driver.

Richard Roth, the man who was convicted in 2014 of manslaughter and leaving the scene, is expected to be released after the Supreme Court’s decision on tribal jurisdiction.
