KVOO's Amber shares a tasty recipe for Confetti Popcorn Bars.
1 stick unsalted butter
16 oz pkg mini marshmallows
10-12 C movie Theater Butter Popcorn
Bakers Candy Wafers
Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Slowly add in the mini marshmallows stirring until completely melted. Add popcorn, one cup at a time, to the pan, stirring until coated completely before adding each additional cup. Continue until all the popcorn has been added and fully coated. Add sprinkles and mix until just combined (don’t over mix!)
Pour mixture into 10x10 baking dish (spray with nonstick cooking spray or butter first) and spread evenly. Melt the candy wafers according to the directions on the package and drizzle over the top, then finish with extra sprinkles. Allow to cool, then cut and serve!
