Tulsa City Attorney David O'Meilia will face a vote of no confidence at Wednesday's Tulsa City Council meeting after some councilmembers say he is unfit for the position.

According to the meeting's agenda, councilmembers plan to discuss O'Meilia's performance on the job before possibly taking a vote.

Tulsa Mayor G.T. Bynum is ultimately the only person who can terminate O'Meilia since he is a civil service employee so the council hopes Mayor Bynum will consider its possible suggestion.

The council meeting is set to begin at 4 p.m. on Wednesday,
