Oklahoma Style Street Corn

Welcome to the Cooking Corner! Montereau's Chef Joseph is back with us this afternoon and today he's going to show us how to make Oklahoma Style Street Corn!

INGREDIENTS:

1. 1 Ear of Corn
2. ¼ c. Mayo
3. 2 T. Parmesan Cheese, grated
4. 2 t. Ranch Dry Mix
5. 1 T. Chopped Parsley
6. Hot Sauce (if desired)

DIRECTIONS:

Soak corn overnight in water, this will keep the husk from burning when you put it on the grill/griddle. Once the corn is roasted pull back husks and remove the silk. Using a pastry brush apply the mayo to the corn. Sprinkle cheese, ranch mix, and parsley. Enjoy!
