Man Arrested For Shooting With Intent To Kill Near Sleeping Children

Tulsa Police arrest a man accused of firing a gun near sleeping children during a fight with his girlfriend.

Officers responded to a 'shots heard' call near East 71st and Peoria on Saturday night.

The victim told police she and her boyfriend, Danial Tehrani, were drinking and he assaulted her during an argument.

Officers say the woman and a 10-year-old child ran from the house to a neighbors home.

The victim told police Tehrani fired several shots either into the air or at them.

Officers say Tehrani had also fired shots into the ceiling of the home near two children who were sleeping.

Police arrested Tehrani for shooting with intent to kill and child neglect.
