Cooking Corner: Strawberry Prosecco Fizz

On Monday in the Air Comfort Solutions Kitchen, our friend Heather Berryhill showed us how to make a nice spring cocktail, Strawberry Prosecco Fizz.

STRAWBERRY PROSECCO FIZZ

INGREDIENTS

8 Large, Fresh Strawberries, smashed/muddled

1 Teaspoon Agave Nectar

1/2 Cup Chilled, Fresca, 7Up or Sprite

1/2 of a Large Lemon, juiced

La Marca Prosecco to top off each glass

Ice

1 Lemon to Create 4 lemon Slices, for garnish

Fresh Mint Leaves for garnish

DIRECTIONS Cut and then smash strawberries in a pitcher with agave and lemon. Add the

Fresca or other lemon lime soda, mix well together. Add ice in glasses. Add 2 spoonful of

strawberry mix into each glass. Garnish with lemon and mint leaves. Top off with Prosecco

in each glass. Enjoy!
