1 killed in shooting at Tulsa home Sunday night; Investigators seeking leads about suspect

Officers say one person is dead after a shooting on Sunday night.

UPDATE 4/29/2025: Tulsa Police arrested two suspects, Decorian Coleman and Mar'quice West, on first-degree murder charges.

Tulsa police officers are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred Sunday night near 52nd Street North and Peoria Avenue. Around 10 p.m., neighbors called 911 after hearing gunshots in the area.

When officers arrived at the home, they found 46-year-old Antwan Washington inside with a gunshot wound to the chest. Paramedics transported Washington to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

Witnesses reported that a small party or gathering had been taking place at the residence prior to the shooting.

Tulsa police detectives are seeking information about a suspect or any individuals involved in the incident.
