Ingredients:
2 boxes (5.1 oz. each) vanilla instant pudding
5-1/2 C. skim milk
1 box (11 oz.) reduced fat vanilla wafers
3 medium bananas, sliced
1 8-oz. container fat-free whipped topping, thawed
Directions:
Line the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan with vanilla wafers. Top each wafer with a sliced banana; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pudding and milk, stir until thickened. Pour half of the pudding mixture over the bananas and wafers. Repeat for 2nd layer, top with whipped topping, chill.
