2 T butter4 T brown sugar 2 bananas, cut into spears 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp ginger 1/4 c dark rum (optional) Vanilla ice cream
Melt butter and brown sugar in skillet over medium heat. Cook until sugar dissolves and mixture bubbles. Add bananas, cinnamon, and ginger. Cook 3 minutes or until bananas are tender. Add rum, do not stir. Ignite for flambé. Serve over ice cream.
