Baxter's Interurban Tequila Bread Pudding

6-8 servings
Bread Pudding:
8 C. bread
4 C. milk
½ lb. butter
6 eggs
2 C. raisins
2 C. sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 C. pineapple chunks
2 T. vanilla extract
¼ C. lemon juice

Tequila Sauce:

½ lb. butter
3 C. sugar
1 ½ C. powdered sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 C. tequila
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Bread Pudding:

Cut bread, place bread in large bowl. Add milk, let soak into bread. Add condensed milk, eggs, sugar, melted butter, lemon juice, pineapple, raisins and vanilla. Mix well.

Spray pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Cut and portion (approx. 6-8 servings)

Tequila Sauce:

Melt butter and sugar/
Beat eggs.
Add eggs.
Add spices and liquor, remove from heat and serve warm.
