In a saucepan sautee bacon until crisp. When Crispy drain on paper towels and cool. In a mixing bowl, mix cubed bread, eggs yolk, whole eggs and cream (beaten together). Add bacon, bleu cheese, nutmeg and cheyenne pepper. Mix together well. Spray either six 5oz. ramekin cups or one 2 quart casserole dish. Pour in mixture and bake at 350 degrees in the oven for 30 minutes
