1 pound extra lean 96% fat-free ground beef1/2 cup fat-free Caesar salad dressing, divided use 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper 1 medium sweet onion, sliced into rings 2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded 2 tablespoons fresh Parmesan cheese 2 roma tomatoes, thinly sliced 4 multigrain hamburger buns
Spray grill with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium high. In a medium mixing bowl combine hamburger meat, 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing, seasoned salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties. Place on grill. Meanwhile, brush onion slices with 2 tablespoons dressing. Place on grill. Grill meat to desired doneness, making sure that meat reaches an internal temperature of at least 160 degrees, using a meat thermometer. Flipping meat and onions half way through the cooking process. In a small bowl combine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and remaining 1/4 cup dressing. Serve burgers on buns topped with lettuce mixture and tomato slices.
