Caramel Apple Pie

1 15 oz. Pilsbury Pie crust8 cups Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
3/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
1/2 cup chopped pecans
preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and core and thinly slice apples. Mix together sugar, flour and cinnamon. Toss apple slices with sugar mixture to evenly coat. Place one pie crust in a 9-inch glass pie plate. Add apple mixture to pie plate and spread so apples are evenly distributed. Drizzle caramel ice cream topping over apples. Be careful to distribute evenly. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Top with remaining pastry and follow package directions for a 2 crust pie. Bake for 40-45 minutes until crust is golden brown.
