Chicken Parmigiana

Serves 6
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 eggs, beaten
Italian Bread Crumbs
Sliced provolone cheese
1/2 stick butter
Alfredo Sauce
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Italian seasoning
Season chicken with Italian seasoning, salt and garlic. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Dip chicken in egg then dredge in Italian bread crumbs. Brown both sides of chicken in skillet.
Place chicken on cookie sheet. Top with provolone cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted. Warm Alfredo sauce over low heat. Place warmed sauce on plate, then place chicken breast on top. Sprinkle generously with parmesan cheese
