Dutch process cocoa 1 1/2 C. sugar 2 T. fat-free sour cream 1/2 C. egg substitute 1 tsp. vanilla butter and nut flavoring 1 1/3 C. flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray a 9-x9-inch baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray. Melt margarine and chocolate in large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in cocoa and cook for 1 minute. Stir in sugar and cook for an additional minute. Remove from heat, cool slightly. Add sour cream, egg substitute and flavoring to chocolate mixture. Set aside. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Blend into chocolate mixture. Pour into pan. Bake 25-30 minutes.
