1 lb. ground chuck1 lb. smoked sausage, diced 1 medium yellow onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 2 large tomatoes, chopped 1 can (15 oz.) Ranch Style Beans with Jalapeno peppers 1 can (16 oz.) Bush's Best Chili Beans 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste 1 tsp. chili powder (more to taste) 1 tsp. cumin 1 tsp. seasoned salt
In a Dutch oven, over medium-high heat, cook ground chuck, onion and green pepper until beef is no longer pink. Add smoked sausage, and cook an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; add all remaining ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes, then enjoy!
