For topping 1/2 cup floor 1/4cup packed brov)n sugar 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 tablespoons vegetable oil spread (7g fat per tablespoon) 2 teaspoons chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 375° F 2. In a large bowl, toss apples with lemon juice. Add cranberries. Combine flour, sugars, nutmeg and cinnamon in a small bowl. Add to apple mixture, toss and pour into unbaked crust. Prepare streusel topping by combining flour, sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Using a pastry blender, cut in vegetable oil spread until crumbly. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle over pie filling Bake 30-40 minutes.
