Non-fat vegetable spray 1 cup onion, chopped 1 green bell pepper, chopped 2 teaspoon minced garlic 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, drained 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained 2 (14.5 oz.) can chunky 'chili style' tomatoes 1 cup salsa 2 teaspoons chili powder 1 teaspoon ground cumin
Lightly spray saucepan with non-fat spray. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté' until vegetables are tender. Add tomatoes, beans, salsa, chili powder, and cumin. Stir. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on desired consistency.
