1 bunch of Frisee (can be found at Super Wal-Mart)1 egg
1 small turnip
Blue cheese dressing, to taste
Salt & Pepper, to taste
5 shoots Belgium endive (can be found at Petty's in Utica Square)

Directions:

Toss all ingredients together
