Ingredients:
1 regular size tub of Cool Whip Free
2 C. non-fat cottage cheese
1 box sugar-free orange jello
2 small cans mandarin oranges
Garnish: fresh orange slices
Directions:
Mix Cool Whip, cottage cheese and Jello together in a large bowl. Fold in mandarin oranges. Continue to mix until salad is completely orange in color. Add fresh orange slices for garnish. Chill 2 hours before serving.
