Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a bowl, combine mustard, pepper and rosemary and rub over surface of ham. Mix bread crumbs and parsley together. Whisk olive oil, orange zest, orange juice and garlic together. Combine with bread crumb mixture. Press crumbs onto mustard coated ham. Place in roasting pan and bake for one hour. Yield: 10 - 12 servings.
