Key Lime Cake

For the cake:
1 lemon flavored cake mix
1 package (4 serving size) lemon instant pudding
1 cup egg substitute
1 cup applesauce
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup Key lime juice

for the glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon water
1/4 cup Key Lime Juice
For the cake:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 10" bundt cake pan with non stick cooking spray. For cake, combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes (toothpick should come out clean). Cool in pan for 25 minutes. Poke holes in top of cake with long tined fork.

For the glaze:
Combine all glaze ingredients and mix well with whisk. Pour over warm cake. Cool completely. Invert onto serving plate and dust with powdered sugar.
