1 box (3.4 ounce) instant pudding mix, flavor of choice1 cup fat-free milk 1 cup fat-free nondairy whipped topping 16 reduced-fat graham cracker squares, flavor of choice
Tip: To reduce sugar and calories may substitute sugar-free, fat-free instant pudding.
1. Using an electric mixer or wire whisk blend pudding mix, milk and whipped topping until smooth.
2. Spread approximately 3 tablespoons of pudding mixture on a graham cracker square and top with another square, making a sandwich. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in freezer. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
