1 cup non-fat dry milk powder 1/2 cup water 8 packets of powdered sugar substitute (Sweet 'n Low) 1 teaspoon brandy extract 1/2 teaspoon rum extract egg substitute equivalent to 2 whole eggs 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 2 cans evaporated skim milk
Chill blender pitcher in freezer for 30 minutes prior to blending. Combine dry milk, water, and sweetener in blender. Blend on high for 10 minutes or until smooth and creamy. Add extracts and egg substitute; continue blending. Add nutmeg and evaporated skim milk until well blended. Refrigerate to thicken. Serve with sprinkle of nutmeg in chilled glasses.
