2 pies
Ingredients:
4 eggs, separated
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups sugar
3 teaspoons vinegar
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 cup raisins, scalded
1 cup pecans, chopped
2 regular size pie crusts ( not deep dish)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. beat egg whites separately from yolks. In large bowl place beaten egg yolks, butter, sugar, vinegar, cloves, raisins and pecans. Mix well. Fold in your egg white mixture carefully. Place 1/2 of mixture in each pie crust and bake for 45 minutes.
