2 tsp. margarine 4 C. sliced onion 2 T. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. pepper Vegetable oil cooking spray 2 lb. mustard greens, chopped Hot pepper sauce
Melt margarine in Dutch oven over medium heat. Add sliced onion. Sauté for 7 minutes. Stir in brown sugar and pepper. Cover. Reduce heat and cook 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove onion mixture from pan. Spray pan with vegetable oil cooking spray, gradually add greens and cook 10 minutes over medium-high heat, or until wilted, stirring frequently. Add onions to greens. Stir gently. Sprinkle with hot pepper sauce to taste. Serve immediately.
