Ingredients:
1 2-liter bottle of 7UP
2 lbs. Northern Pike (or any white fish might do, cod, etc....won't work with heavier fish, i.e., tuna or salmon)
1 stick butter
2 tsp. minced garlic
Directions:
Bring 7-UP to a rolling boil. Cut pike into bite-sized pieces. Drop fish into 7-UP, cook 3-4 minutes. Fish will float to top when done. Drain, then top with melted butter and garlic. Add lemon squeeze. Can serve plain or over wild rice.
