- Makes 6 tall drinks
- 4 c. orange juice2 c. canned pineapple juice
¾ c. fresh lime juice
1 pt. lemon or orange sherbet
- In large pitcher, mix orange juice with canned pineapple juice and lime juice. Refrigerate, covered, until serving time. Then fill 6 iced-tea glasses with juices, and to each, add a scoop of sherbet.
Serve with straws as a refreshing drink, or with long spoons as a dessert.
