Ingredients:
Talapia Fillets or firm whitefish, seasoned with cumin, salt, pepper & garlic
1/2 cup cooked shrimp
1/2 cup crabmeat, lump or backfin
1 Tablespoon green chiles
1/2 cup Green enchilada sauce
Tablespoon cilantro
Squeeze lime
Butter for saute
Directions:
Pan-sear Talapia till firm, combine other ingredients in saute pan till warm, top cooked Talapia fillets, enjoy!
