1 1/2 cup mixed pasta
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
2 T compound butter
1 tsp garlic
1 T lobster base
1/2 cup langostinos
1/2 cup slipper lobster meat
1 pint heavy cream
2 ounces Madeira
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 lobster claw
1) Cook lobster claw in simmering water. 2)In a medium saute pan, cook mushrooms, garlic, lobster base, langostinos, and slipper meat, in compound butter until softened. 3) Deglaze pan with Madeira. 4) Add heavy cream and reduce by one-third 5) Add Parmesan cheese 6) Add mixed pasta and toss to coat Cook until incorporated. 7) Serve in heated bowl garnished with Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley and lobster claw.
