Vegetable oil cooking spray6 canned peach halves 1 C. peach juice ½ C. brown sugar, packed ½ C. egg substitute 1 C. fat-free milk 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. vanilla ¼ tsp. salt 4 slices white bread cut into ½-inch cubes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray 6 soufflé cups with cooking spray. Place 1 peach half in each soufflé cup. In a medium mixing bowl combine peach juice, brown sugar, egg substitute, milk, salt, vanilla and cinnamon. Add bread cubes until well blended. Spoon mixture over peaches. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
